Membership Renewal 2010/11

Annual fees for membership of Stroud & District U3A are due from 1st September 2010. If you have not already subscribed for the year please complete both sides of the form opposite.

If you attend the Branch AGM on 2nd September please bring your Renewal Form and your subscription to the meeting where you will be issued with your new membership card.

Otherwise please print and send the completed form with your remittance enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to:

The annual fee is £15 for an individual or £28 for a couple (sharing a newsletter) - cheques should be made payable to Stroud & District U3A.

The SAE is for return of your membership card which you may be asked to produce for both Group and Branch meetings.

If we do not receive your renewal subscription by 30th November, we will assume that you wish to terminate your membership - sadly non-members are not entitled to receive Newsletters nor attend Groups or Meetings.

If you are a taxpayer and have not already completed a Gift Aid Declaration for Stroud U3A, we would be grateful if you could complete and sign the declaration opposite.  Your declaration will enable us to reclaim the tax you have paid on your subscription, which helps our finances.

You will notice that the renewal form has an optional entry for your email address. This is to improve communication between committee members, group coordinators and you, the membership.  Bear in mind that the cost of an email is zero whereas postage and telephone calls can be expensive.

We would be grateful if you could print and complete the questionnaire as well.
